The hotel suffers from significant neglect!!! Room doors not functioning properly, dated decor, and unexpected noise disruptions from renovations need addressing!!! The parking situation should improve to ensure guests aren’t left uncertain about their vehicle's safety!!!

I recently enjoyed staying here, especially with the grand country fun spot just a few steps away and lakeside forest wilderness area less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable. the staff also kept the breakfast area well-stocked even during busy mornings, which i really appreciated.

We had a fantastic time! The breakfast had strong, fresh coffee and delicious hot food that kept us energized. Our queen room was clean and well-maintained, and the balcony made for a perfect evening retreat. I can't wait to come back!

There’s no microwave in the room, and the security feature for the outside door wasn’t operational, making it feel less safe. Plus, some furnishings, like the office chair, showed clear signs of wear, and a few odd spots were noticed above the bed on the ceiling. The parking situation could be tricky for larger vehicles. it’s not laid out well for easy access.

I indulged in a super comfy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and a lovely balcony. The hot breakfast was a delight with a wide spread that kept me fueled for my Branson adventures! Plus, I absolutely loved sipping high-quality coffee at the all-day coffee bar—such a perfect touch!
